Action Ski and Snowboard Club is an active social
group of singles and couples 21 and up who live, work and play in
San Diego, California.
Our motto, "a continuous party
atmosphere," is reflected in our year-round activities designed
for all types of fun seekers. You'll find us to be a friendly, informal
bunch who enjoy partying, dining out, biking, rollerblading, partying,
volleyball, sailing, scuba diving, bar crawls, camping, partying,
hiking, horseback riding, and of course...skiing and snowboarding.
Our energetic board members are always planning something new and
exciting, and members keep coming up with new ideas (see the activities
pages for the latest.) Many of us have been with the club for several
years, and new members are always welcomed with open arms!
We have several 3-day "theme"
trips each year to Mammoth, with longer trips to places like Banff,
Aspen, Big Sky Montana, Jackson Hole, Telluride, or Sun Valley. If
you've never been on an Action ski trip, the memories are waiting
for you! And one more thing you should know: our trips tend to be
more action-oriented than, shall we say, quiet and sedate.
If you'd prefer the latter, there are other ski clubs in town that
may be more your speed. But if you want "laid back" with

We are a diverse group where you
will find a variety of members at different events. Our summer meetings
are held outdoors where we enjoy a BBQ and San Diego sunsets. When
it starts to get cool we move back inside.
You don't even have to ski
to have fun on our trips! Joining us at a meeting is the best
way to find out about Action Ski and Snowboard Club. Going on our
winter trips and parties is the best way to experience us!!! You can
count on us to put a *spark* into your week!
